All our products are made to order and as a result not subject to the Distance Selling Regulations. Returns and refunds will only be accepted where we have failed to make goods to your specification or they are faulty.
Where incorrect measurements were submitted, we cannot give refunds. In this situation however, we will try to work with you to try and achieve a satisfactory solution to the problem. You must contact us with 7 days of receipt of goods in situations where they do not meet the specification provided by yourself.
On inspection of the returned goods, if they are found to be faulty or incorrect we will replace/repair accordingly and where this is not possible, a full refund will be given. In cases where the customer supplied the fabric, the cost of the fabric will be refunded. We reserve the right to request proof of purchase/price.
Refunds will not be processed until after the goods are returned and have been inspected. The cost of returning the goods will be reimbursed if it is confirmed that the fault lies with us.
